Why I started the Cozy Cruiser Car Seat Cleaning LLC

As a family, we understand how busy life can be. Between school drop-offs, errands, appointments, and everyday adventures, keeping your child's gear clean isn't always easy. That's why we're passionate about helping families create a fresh, comfortable space for their little ones to ride.

Every car seat and stroller we care for is treated with the same level of attention and respect we'd give our own family's. Absolutely! We only use baby-safe, non-toxic products that are tough on dirt and stains but gentle enough for the little ones who matter most.
Every car seat is cleaned according to the manufacturer’s recommended cleaning instructions whenever possible to help preserve the integrity of your seat. You will also receive the link after the clean with pictures and videos to review to ensure the process was correct.
We do our best to remove stains, odors, and buildup, but some older or set-in stains may be permanent. We’ll always work hard to leave your seat looking and smelling as fresh as possible.
Yes! We provide pickup and delivery within our service area, making it easy for busy families to get their car seat cleaned without leaving home. If you are in Zone 1 this option is open every appointment slot. If you are in Zone 2 you are in a rotating schedule so please view appointment slots for your zone
Most families benefit from a professional cleaning every 6-12 months, or anytime there’s a major spill, illness, potty-training accident, or just a buildup of everyday messes.
We are always looking for ways to help our families, so if there is a baby item you are interested in us to clean- reach out! We may be able to help!
We are also looking to expand in the future to clean other items such as wagons, highchairs, pack and plays, and bassinets so be on the lookout for updates!
I have provided a map on the scheduling page that outlines our current area to service. I would ask you try your hardest to pick which zone you fall into as only certain zones are opened on certain days to ensure fluidity. If you are outside of the zones but would still like a clean feel free to select the drop off option and bring the item to us! If this does not work for you, please reach out and we will see if we can work something out :)
To be able to assist as many families as possible in a reasonable time frame we have divided the area into zones. Zone 1 is Douglasville area and is able to book at any time. Zone 2 is the area that will be placed on a rotating schedule. We ask that you follow the zones to the best of your ability.
You can select a Drop Off appointment and bring the item to us! You can drop off the item between 5-9p and pick up between 8-1030a. This would ensure your item gets cleaned in the time frame you need
We appreciate you taking the time to understand and follow the zones! First, we would offer for you to schedule a Drop Off appointment where you bring the item to us! If this is not feasible to you, we would recommend reaching out via email to see if we are able to accommodate. This is not a promise though.
Finally, reaching out and stating where services should go in the future is helpful for us! We have expanding on our minds and looking to push forward.
We are currently in the process of obtaining this certification and excited to announce it at completion.

Need your car seat back first thing in the morning? Our overnight service is perfect for busy families.

Pickup: Between 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
We’ll contact you before arrival to confirm your pickup window.
Your freshly cleaned car seat will be delivered 7a-1030a the following morning, ready for another day of adventures.

Would like a quicker turn around? Same Day!

Pickup: Between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
We’ll clean your child’s car seat while they’re away.
Delivery: By 5:00pm-7:00 PM

Before We Begin

To provide the best possible service, every car seat is inspected after pickup.
Most car seats qualify for our standard same-day or overnight turnaround.
If your seat requires additional cleaning or extended drying time, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
If extensive cleaning is needed beyond our standard service, we’ll discuss any additional charges with you before performing the work—no surprises or hidden fees.

A Few Things to Know

Pickup and delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or scheduling.
We use baby-safe, non-toxic cleaning products and follow each manufacturer’s recommended cleaning instructions.
While we strive to remove all stains and odors, some permanent staining or discoloration may remain depending on the age and condition of the seat.
Please remove all personal belongings, toys, blankets, and accessories before pickup.
We reserve the right to decline service on seats that are damaged, unsafe, has unsafe conditions (such as bugs), involved in a collision, or has expired.

Zoning!

We are centrally located in Douglasville Ga and want to make sure we are able to service those around us. To ensure our pickup and drop off times are accurate, we have zoned the areas. Please take the time to look at the map created and best find where you would fall to book the correct appointment.

Everyone in Zone 1 (Douglasville) will be able to book any time on the calendar
Locate the area you would fall into to the best of your ability and select that Zone for your appointment
Zones will be put on a rotating schedule on the calendar so the date you want may not be open for your area
We will be checking addresses to ensure zones are followed
This is to make sure everyone gets their items back on time, so we please ask you follow this system

If you fall outside the zone or are in a zone that’s not open but would like cleaning on a certain date, please book the appointment that is labeled “Drop Off”

This would give you the opportunity to get the items cleaned but would require you to bring the items to us and pick up at the appropriate time
